Lightbot: Code Hour is a programming puzzle game that introduces players to programming logic. It is designed to be accessible to students from grades K-12, allowing them to learn and have fun while developing a real understanding of programming concepts like procedures, loops, and conditionals.

Many educators worldwide have chosen Lightbot as their preferred tool for introducing programming, coding, and computer science to their students.

The game features 20 levels in Lightbot: Code Hour and 50 levels in the follow-on game Lightbot: Programming Puzzles. In addition, there are 20 challenge stars to collect for those seeking a more challenging experience!

Lightbot offers a wide range of language options, including English, French, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Norwegian, Slovenian, Romanian, Indonesian, German, Polish, Danish, Croatian, Dutch, Slovak, Czech, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Thai, Hindi, Swedish, Finnish, and Hungarian. Players can simply select the desired language from the flag icon on the main screen.

The game also includes multiple save slots and progress tracking for multiple players. Each player can progress at their own pace and compete based on the number of levels finished, stars collected, and overall commands used to complete the game.

Furthermore, Lightbot does not include any in-app purchases.
